1. General Refund Principles
Our refund policies are designed to be fair to both the student and the institute. When a student occupies a seat in our highly limited live online chemistry classes , they are preventing another prospective student from enrolling. Therefore, refunds are strictly governed by the timelines outlined below.
2. Policy for Long-Term Batches (1-Year & 2-Year Programs)
For students enrolling in our comprehensive 1-Year (Class 12/Dropper) or 2-Year (Class 11) foundation programs, the following refund window applies:
- The 7-Day Trial Window: If you are dissatisfied with the pedagogy, platform interface, or for any personal reason wish to discontinue, you may request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of batch commencement (not the date of purchase).
- Deductions: If a refund is requested within the 7-day window, a nominal administrative and payment gateway processing fee of INR 1,500 will be deducted from the total fees paid. The remaining amount will be refunded.
- Post 7-Day Window: Absolutely no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances after the 7-day window has expired. By this point, the student has consumed a significant portion of the proprietary chemistry notes for NEET and initial video lectures.
3. Policy for Short-Term Batches (Crash Courses & Test Series)
Short-term programs are highly condensed and deliver immediate, high-yield academic value. Consequently, the refund parameters are much stricter:
- NEET Chemistry Crash Course: There is zero refund policy for any crash course. Due to the rapid pace (typically 45-60 days) and immediate unlocking of comprehensive study materials upon enrollment, we cannot process refunds for these fast-track programs.
- Mock Test Series: Purchasing our All India Grand Mock Test Series is a final transaction. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued once the student's testing dashboard has been activated, regardless of whether the student actually attempts the tests.
4. Policy for Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
If you purchase standalone digital products such as NEET previous year question papers with analytical solutions, formula cheat sheets, or chapter-wise DPP PDFs, the sale is final.
Because digital files can be downloaded instantly and cannot be "returned," we maintain a strict No Refund policy for all digital downloads. 5. Cancellation by the Institute

No refund will be provided in cases of disciplinary expulsion.
6. How to Request a Refund
If your request falls within the eligible 7-day window for long-term batches, you must follow this formal procedure:

- The subject line must read: "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Batch Name]".
- Attach the original payment receipt/invoice generated by our payment gateway.
- Provide a brief, honest reason for the cancellation to help us improve our services.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a valid refund request is received and approved by our finance department, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days . The refunded amount will be credited exclusively to the original source of payment (e.g., the exact credit card or UPI ID used during the purchase). We cannot issue refunds to alternate bank accounts or via cash to prevent financial fraud.
