1. Acceptance of Agreement

  • Single User License: The login credentials provided to you are strictly for your personal use. You may not share, sell, rent, or distribute your username and password to any third party, including friends or classmates. Our systems actively monitor simultaneous logins from disparate geographic locations. Violation of this rule will result in immediate, permanent account suspension without a refund.
  • Anti-Piracy Clause: S.K. Sir's video lectures, mock tests, and chemistry notes for NEET are protected by international copyright laws. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, reproducing, or uploading our content to platforms like YouTube, Telegram, or Google Drive. Legal action will be initiated against individuals found distributing pirated copies of our intellectual property.
  • Classroom Decorum: During live online chemistry tuition , you are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior in the chat and audio forums. Harassment, use of abusive language, or spamming will result in immediate expulsion from the live session.

3. Enrollment, Payments, and Billing

When you decide to join our chemistry crash course for NEET or any regular batch, the following financial terms apply:

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (such as GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect students who have already enrolled.
  • Payment Processing: We utilize secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, CCAvenue). We do not collect or store your core banking details or credit card numbers. By initiating a payment, you agree to the terms of service of the respective payment gateway.
  • Subscription Period: Your access to the course material is valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., "Valid till NEET 2026"). Once the subscription period expires, access to video lectures and mock tests will automatically terminate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, video lectures, pedagogical methodologies, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 2, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability and Academic Disclaimer

While S.K. Sir is widely regarded as one of the best chemistry teachers for NEET in India , and our platform provides the highest quality of instruction, we must state the following legal disclaimers:

  • No Guarantee of Rank: Enrollment in our classes does not guarantee selection in NEET, IIT-JEE, or any other competitive examination. Academic success is primarily dependent on the student's individual hard work, self-study, and performance on the day of the exam.
  • Content Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all information in our chemistry class 11 ncert solutions , notes, and videos is accurate and aligned with the latest NTA syllabus. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We shall not be held legally liable for any loss of marks or academic setbacks arising from unintentional errors in our study material.

Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or any information, documents, products, or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
